We listen very carefully to what you have to say about your tax return. When you send a suggestion, Etax gets to work on it.
In response to feedback from customers, our team made big changes to your tax return at Etax. They completely re-designed the tax deductions and help sections and made the tax return easier overall.
They also added a little something extra – a simple but useful new feature that’ll save you time. Just add any notes, attachments, or snap photos with your phone – then they’re saved to your tax return. Etax accountants takes care of the rest, getting the numbers in to the right place for you.
Your comments led to this new improvement
Quite a few of you told us:
“I don’t know where this goes on my tax return”
“Should I claim this expense?
“Is this the right document?
“Am I allowed to claim a deduction for…?
“I have no idea where this goes!
We understand that you have better things to do and you want to get your taxes done FAST.
Etax lets you save time and not stress about your tax return
Our new feature is a simple text field called ‘Any Other Questions’ at the end of your tax return. This gives you a convenient place to ask questions and add attachments you’re not sure about. What makes it even better is that you don’t have to hang around for an answer OR leave your tax return unfinished.
Just ask your question, sign your return and GO!
While you go and get on with what you would rather be doing, your accountant will read your message and make the necessary amendments to your tax return. This can often mean more tax deductions, so it’s always worth sharing anything and everything that you’re not sure about.
We’ll get in touch with you if we need to clarify anything further. Then, once the second review of your return is complete and we’re happy your return is complete, correct and gives you the best possible refund, we lodge it with the ATO.
All you have to do is decide what you want to spend your tax refund on!
