Hi! I’m Ann the Accountant – welcome to Etax.com.au. I will be your guide through the Etax website. Here are a few tips to speed up your online tax return:

Once you begin the return, look at steps 1 to 5 near the top of your screen. Follow the steps and simply fill-in what you can – it does not have to be perfect – an accountant will check it (and we’ll contact you if something is missing).
Sign your return (step 5) and an accountant will take it from there. You can also get help by email or phone – a qualified accountant will help you finish your taxes.
No payment is required until your refund is received – it's your choice. Our fees start at just $38.50 for certain categories of taxpayers and $55.90 for basic returns.
